Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Northlake, TX is seeking an Inventory Cycle Counter for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10:00pm–6:00am). You will perform regular cycle counts, use RDT equipment, and conduct end-of-line audits on outgoing products.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of forklift experience, strong math and attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to ISO standards and safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Strong math, analytical skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular physical cycle counts using RDT equipment.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, analyze root causes, and adjust inventory as needed.
• Follow work instructions and ISO standards; maintain thorough knowledge of DC processes.
• Document defects, findings and adjustments; report issues to operations.
