Job summary

Nordis Technologies is seeking an entry-level Insertion Operator I for the Coral Springs, FL location on the Night/3rd Shift. You will learn to operate inserter and mailroom equipment in a high-volume production environment, supporting setup, loading, quality checks, and timely job completion under supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 year of experience operating or setting up production or insertion machines in a manufacturing environment (preferred, not always required).
• Experience in fast-paced, repetitive production settings in print/mail/fulfillment is a plus.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic setup and operation of inserter equipment.
• Load materials and monitor run for jams or misfeeds.
• Perform basic quality checks for folds, inserts, and envelope placement.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
• Replenish envelopes, inserts, and paper stock during production runs.
• Sort, stage, and prepare completed mail trays or finished output for the next step in production.
• Report machine issues, damaged materials, or quality concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain a clean work area and record production counts.
• Other duties as assigned.
