Job summary

Nahan is hiring an Inserter Operator in Minnesota to handle all functions of inserting equipment and inline processes. The role requires operating the inserter, ensuring quality and efficiency, and maintaining production flow during 12-hour night shifts.

The ideal candidate will read run lists, perform TPM tasks, and adhere to safety and USPS standards while working overtime as needed. Base pay reflects experience and location.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain the inserter and inline equipment.
• Follow all processes to meet quality, efficiency and TPM goals.
• Read run lists and follow sign-off/continuity procedures.
• Perform packaging requirements and station setup tasks.
• Run and sort normal jobs as a one-person operation.
• Train others to sort as needed following USPS standards.
• Complete TPM tasks and participate in Cost Center meetings.
• Maintain safety and quality policies and procedures.
