Job summary

Nahan is seeking an Inserter Operator for the night shift in our Direct Mail department. This role involves handling inserter equipment, maintaining setup, and ensuring quality and timely production.

The position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to read work orders and operate related equipment. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• On-the-job training provided for inserter tasks and safety.
• Previous related experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain the inserter and inline equipment, including ink jet operations.
• Follow processes to meet quality, efficiency and TPM goals.
• Read run lists and follow sign-off/continuity procedures.
