Job summary

Nordis Technologies is seeking a Machine Insert Operator to support a high-volume print and mailroom environment in our Las Vegas facility. You will operate large production inserters, fold and insert documents, apply postage, and ensure timely completion of mailing tasks.

This role requires focus on quality, safety, and adherence to production schedules. Required are a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of experience in production or insertion machines preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for job tracking and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Operate large production insertion machines, fold and insert documents into envelopes.
• Load materials and monitor runs for jams or misfeeds; perform basic quality checks.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules and safety procedures.
• Replenish envelopes, inserts and paper stock during runs.
• Sort and prepare completed mail trays for the next production step.
• Report machine issues or quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with basic setup.

We are growing and seeking to add to our team in our Las Vegas Office.Machine Insert OperatorThis role supports a high-volume, deadline-driven print and mailroom production floor environment.
