Job summary

Emerus is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for Telemetry/ICU to join our day shift PRN team at the Fort Worth facility. You will assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care under the guidance of the medical staff.

Responsibilities include applying advanced clinical nursing knowledge, following physician orders, maintaining patient privacy, and performing patient admissions, discharges and transfers while ensuring safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN licensure without sanctions required.
• 2+ years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU (or related healthcare roles).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
• English fluency in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and provide age-specific nursing care with advanced clinical skills.
• Follow physician orders in the delivery of nursing care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information and records.
• Adhere to infection control, isolation procedures, and aseptic techniques.
• Perform admissions, discharges, and transfers; assist with procedures.
