Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience in a high-level operator or technician role preferred.
• Associate degree in a technical or manufacturing-related field preferred.
• Experience supporting injection molding or thermoforming manufacturing operations preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to train and coach manufacturing personnel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, troubleshoot, and optimize manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, and production objectives.
• Lead production start-ups, equipment changeovers, and process adjustments for stable operations.
• Establish and maintain standardized process parameters to ensure consistent product quality across shifts.
• Diagnose and resolve complex manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and improve performance.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production technicians and operators.
• Identify recurring issues with supervisors and engineering to develop sustainable process improvements.
• Promote safety and maintain compliance with quality and operational standards.
