Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a hands-on Molding Supervisor to lead our 3rd Shift Flow Control Injection Molding operation in Clemmons, NC.

You will oversee a team of 5 operators and 3 molding technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets, and provide hands‑on support for process issues. The role requires strong plastics processing knowledge, experience with PVC/CPVC, and the ability to coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Planning to resolve production

Qualifications

Experience in injection molding and plastics manufacturing.
Experience with PVC and CPVC preferred.
Strong computer skills and ERP/MES experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop 3rd‑shift injection molding operators and technicians.
Ensure daily production targets while maintaining safety and quality.
Provide hands‑on support to process/equipment issues as needed.
Promote safe handling of PVC and CPVC materials.
Monitor processes, machine performance, quality, scrap, and output.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Planning and other departments to resolve issues.
Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
