Job summary

American Plastics in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead a high-volume injection molding operation. You will direct on-floor activities, assign tasks, monitor KPIs, and drive safety, quality and productivity on the night shift.

You will manage resources, coach a production team, and partner with maintenance and engineering to resolve issues, implement process improvements, and maintain on-time delivery while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, engineering, business management, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience in plastic injection molding.
• Hybrid candidate willing to be on the floor and in the office.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-floor activities and assign tasks for the night shift.
• Manage high-volume plastic injection molding operations and resources.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Coach and develop the production team; manage attendance and performance.
