Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing.
• Injection molding experience.

Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Monitor processes for efficiency, quality, and schedules.
• Process Optimization: Identify improvements and implement strategies with engineering.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce QA protocols to minimize defects.
• Resource Management: Allocate labor, equipment, and materials to targets.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and conduct inspections.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain production records and generate reports.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and mentor team members.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead lean/six sigma initiatives and waste reduction.
