Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance, maintenance planning, reliability, or manufacturing operations.
• Preferred: technical cert or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• Experience with CMMS, preferably Maintenance Connection; familiarity with SAP purchasing/inventory.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage PM programs to improve equipment reliability.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders, labor, and spare parts.
• Provide troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems.
• Support MRO inventory, vendor coordination, and procurement.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and accurate PM records.
