Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing, a premier contract beverage producer, seeks an Ingredient Control Manager overseeing pre-weigh processes and kit assembly on a full-time night shift in Cold Spring, MN. You will liaise between customers and the company, monitor shift activities, and lead a team to ensure recipes and FEFO compliance.

You'll manage inventory, calibrate equipment, train staff, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to GMP and HACCP standards in a fast-paced facility that handles

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret formulas and procedures in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records with math and science skills.
• Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems.
• Experience with GMP and/or HACCP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between the company and customer while maintaining confidentiality.
• Monitor shift activities to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Train and lead co-workers; communicate effectively.
• Minimize changeover time to improve throughput.
• Ensure recipes and directions are followed precisely.
• Oversee kit assembly and inventory tracking; maintain FEFO compliance.
• Evaluate processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
