Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing is seeking an Ingredient Control Manager to lead ingredient kits, inventory, and receiving processes on a rotating 12-hour shift. The role coordinates with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate formulation, kitting timelines, and strict documentation across the facility.

The ideal candidate has supervisory and inventory control experience in a beverage manufacturing setting, excellent math and communication skills, and the ability to train staff while upholding GMP

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years’ supervisor experience preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years’ operational and inventory control experience preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years’ warehouse/forklift experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Ingredient Kits production and inventory during shift.
• Coordinate with Customer and Company departments for recipes and kitting timelines.
• Ensure accurate inbound ingredients and inventory records.
• Direct and train staff; ensure safety and GMP adherence.
• Report inventory counts and losses to management.
• Maintain documentation for ingredients picked up or shipped.
