Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing in Cold Spring MN is seeking a Batching Manager to oversee all batching processes during the shift at our production facility. The role includes coordinating with management and serving as the liaison between the company and customers, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year blending/manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and ability to read formulas. This is a full-time, day-shift position with 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years in blending or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret formulas and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records with math and science skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee batching processes during shift and ensure all specs are met.
• Coordinate with management and act as liaison between company and customer.
• Train and lead co-workers; minimize changeover time and ensure quality.
