Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• 3–5 years of maintenance or manufacturing experience.
• Electrical/PLC certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Good interpersonal, math, mechanical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair and upkeep of equipment and facility.
• Perform planned and predictive maintenance and breakdown repair.
• Diagnose failures and replace defective components.
• Repair motors, conveyors, and production machinery.
• Test circuits and maintain electrical energy systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and ensure safety compliance.
• Work from schematics and drawings to locate issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per OSHA.
