Aerotek is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Eminence, KY for a full-time night shift (5:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m.) on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule. You will maintain, service and repair plant machinery and electrical systems, including welding, fabrication, and PLC-related troubleshooting.

Requires 3+ years of experience or an equivalent degree and strong electrical expertise. Responsibilities include interpreting diagrams, testing pumps, performing routine maintenance, and supporting safety practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent degree.
• Experience with plant machinery and facility equipment.
• Strong electrical maintenance background and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, installation drawings and blueprints.
• Experience testing and inspecting pumps and mechanical devices.
• Root-cause troubleshooting skills to diagnose equipment issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and lubrication.
• Familiar with PLC-related troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Plan and perform maintenance, service and repair on plant machinery, electrical systems, and facility equipment.
• Carry out gas welding, arc welding, flame cutting and fabrication operations as needed.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints to diagnose issues.
• Test and inspect pumps and related devices for proper operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment to trace root causes and fix issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and lubrication of equipment.
• Use calipers, micrometers and tape measures to verify specs.
• Assist with PLC troubleshooting to support control system reliability.
