Job summary

R.C. Bigelow, Inc. in Louisville, KY is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for the third shift to oversee maintenance of production equipment and supervise maintenance staff.

This on-site role ensures equipment readiness to meet production and QA standards and coordinates with vendors and the plant team. The supervisor will lead weekly maintenance meetings, train personnel, enforce safety policies, and act as the liaison between the Maintenance Manager and shop staff to drive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; communicate with groups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of production equipment to meet production and QA standards.
• Conduct weekly maintenance meetings with the team.
• Coordinate with machine vendors and plant representatives.
• Supervise the Machine Shop and Parts Room daily activities.
• Train maintenance personnel on all plant equipment.
• Enforce Safety & Health policies and procedures.
• Interface between Maintenance Manager and mechanics.
