Bigelow Tea is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for the third shift (Monday through Thursday, 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM) at its Louisville, KY facility. The role focuses on supervising maintenance staff and ensuring production equipment remains reliable to meet quality standards.

The position emphasizes safety, leadership, and collaboration with production teams to optimize uptime and maintenance processes across the plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of vendors or employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintains production equipment to meet production and QA standards.
• Conducts weekly maintenance meetings.
• Oversees daily activities of the Machine Shop and Parts Room.
• Trains maintenance personnel on plant equipment.
• Monitors and enforces safety policies and procedures.
• Interfaces between Maintenance Manager and all mechanics.
• Supervises all maintenance department employees.
