Job summary

kdc/one is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead a team of technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in New Albany, Ohio. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency by guiding maintenance activities, troubleshooting complex equipment, and continually improving preventative maintenance programs.

The role requires proven supervision experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and the ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues across production

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience supervising a maintenance team in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with GMP or quality-focused environments is preferred.
• Strong leadership: set expectations, follow through, lead by example.
• Ability to troubleshoot motors, VFDs, PLCs, and related production equipment.
• Experience with preventative maintenance systems and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians to drive safety, quality, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment including fillers, labelers, cappers, and case packers.
• Own and improve preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and EHS to keep operations running smoothly.
• Coach, develop, and hold the team accountable to build a strong maintenance crew.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
