Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Peru, IN. The role leads overnight maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, overseeing preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and team performance to minimize downtime and sustain continuous production.

The candidate will supervise technicians/electricians, coordinate with production, perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Prior leadership experience in maintenance or manufacturing environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, or automated equipment.
• Experience with CMMS, preventive maintenance programs, and continuous improvement methods.
• Knowledge of industrial systems (PLC, boilers, refrigeration, compressed air) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians and electricians performing repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with production to ensure timely resolution of equipment issues.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Monitor KPIs and maintain accurate maintenance and inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
