Target is seeking an Overnight Inbound Operations Team Leader at our Plymouth Meeting, PA location. You will lead a team of hourly associates in inbound operations, ensuring timely unloading and stocking, maintaining guest-ready conditions and accurate product availability.

The role requires coaching, scheduling, and safety compliance to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities include staffing, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with store leadership to meet sales goals
