Job summary

Target in Honolulu, HI is seeking an Inbound Operations Team Leader to oversee merchandise flow and inbound processes, ensuring products are readily available for guests. You will guide the team to maintain efficient operations and a guest-focused environment.

You will lead hourly team members, plan daily workloads, and coach performance while driving guest satisfaction and store priorities in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail business fundamentals including department sales trends and inventory management.
• Planning department workloads daily/weekly to support priorities and goals.
• Leading a team of hourly team members with coaching and development responsibilities.
