Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently.
• Ensure team members are trained and deliver Target guest experience commitments.
• Observe, provide feedback, and drive performance.
• Review metrics and drive improvements.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals.
• Lead operations, freshness, accuracy and efficiency.
• Set goals with direct leader and hold team accountable.
• Assign daily tasks based on workload and traffic patterns.
• Maintain areas guest ready at store open.
• Support merchandise protection and safety.
• Occasionally act as store level leader on duty.
• Assist with emergency and compliance.
