Job summary

Banner Fort Collins Medical Center is seeking a passionate ICU RN for night shift (7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) in a mixed acuity unit that includes ICU, PCU, and Medical-Surgical patients. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, assess and plan patient care, collaborate with care teams, and document thoroughly to ensure patient safety.

A Colorado RN license and BLS are required; ICU experience is preferred. Banner Fort Collins offers growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado (or compact) and BLS certification.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; ICU experience encouraged.
• Experience in critical care settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in a mixed acuity unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless transitions of care.
• Document accurately and timely following policies and standards.
• Provide compassionate, safe care and act as patient/family advocate.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to unit education.
