Job summary

Banner Ironwood Medical Center seeks a Critical Care RN for the ICU, working three 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with shift differentials. The unit provides care for adults with life-threatening conditions and uses in-room technology for around-the-clock physician/nurse connectivity.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care with patient/family and care team.
• Implement and supervise nursing care per physician orders and policy.
• Document nursing assessments, interventions and patient responses.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in education, mentoring and quality improvement activities.
