Job summary

Banner Fort Collins is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team on a part-time night shift in Fort Collins, Colorado. This mixed acuity unit offers a broad clinical experience and frequent patient interaction across diverse cases.

We provide a 2-shift-per-week schedule with 12-hour nights, rotating weekends and holidays, plus a $10,000 signing incentive and relocation support. Banner Health supports professional growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of Colorado (or compact license eligibility).
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across a mixed acuity Medical Surgical unit.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and nursing standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including physicians, therapists and support staff.
• Educate patients and families regarding care, treatment plans and discharge needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
