Shift patterns include 3:30pm-2am Mon-Thu for assembly and 6pm-6am rotating Help Desk with every other weekend; holidays required. Responsibilities span production tasks, equipment upkeep, troubleshooting, and ticket management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or technical support preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to assemble and troubleshoot.
• Basic computer proficiency and MS Office.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to document work accurately.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate parts according to work orders and policies.
• Verify work orders and ensure correct revision levels before production.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.
• Maintain tools and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
• Monitor support channels and serve as the first contact for incidents.
• Create, manage, and document service tickets; perform Level-1 troubleshooting.
• Gather diagnostic information and escalate complex issues as needed.
