Responsibilities

• Operate hardware presses to install clinch fasteners into sheet metal components.
• Configure and adjust bowl feeders to optimize feed rates, minimize handling, and maintain consistent insertion cycles.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to confirm fastener type, placement, and orientation.
• Inspect and validate installations to meet dimensional, mechanical, and repeatability requirements, reporting nonconformance to quality and/or supervisors as needed.
• Maintain machine reliability through setup, adjustment, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, following safety policies without exception.
• Assist with other duties as assigned with fabrication and assembly processes.
