Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute is expanding with a new, state-of-the-art facility on the Main Campus to elevate care for complex neurological conditions. We are seeking a skilled HVAC technician who can inspect, repair, monitor, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, document work, and respond to alarms within a large healthcare environment.

The caregiver will work nights and on-call shifts, with weekend and holiday requirements, and may travel to other Cleveland Clinic locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with HVAC systems in large facilities is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment.
• Document and maintain records of inspections and work performed.
• Inspect and maintain temperature, humidity, and data logging devices.
• Use the building management system to address service requests and adjust set points.
• Respond to alarms and alerts and coordinate with care teams as needed.
• Work at additional Cleveland Clinic locations as needed.
