Job summary

International Motors, LLC in Texas is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Generalist to support the Night Shift startup at our large manufacturing facility in South San Antonio. You will partner with plant leadership to execute HR programs, drive employee relations, and analytics during a critical ramp-up to hire ~1,100 workers.

The role begins on 1st Shift for training, then transitions to Night Shift with a 10% shift differential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of human resources or labor experience.
• Master’s degree and at least 1 year of human resources or labor experience.
• At least 5 years of human resources or labor experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to plant leadership and manufacturing teams.
• Support Night Shift launch, staffing, onboarding, and change management.
• Investigate employee relations issues and coach managers.
• Analyze workforce metrics and present insights to leaders.
• Support compensation planning and performance management processes.
