Job summary

International Motors USA seeks an HR Manager – Night Shift to partner with plant leadership and drive employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness during the Night Shift launch at our 3-million-square-foot South San Antonio plant.

Initially on 1st Shift for training, you will transition to Night Shift, own HR KPIs, lead investigations, and support staffing, onboarding, and change management to sustain rapid manufacturing growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum years of experience: 5+ in HR/Labor, manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR business partner to Plant HR Manager and leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead launch-related HR activities for Night Shift, including readiness, staffing, onboarding, and change management.
• Support 1st Shift during training and transition to Night Shift HR support.
• Lead investigations and address complex employee relations matters.
• Own and analyze HR KPIs (turnover, attendance, staffing, engagement).
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on staffing strategies and ramp-up activities.
• Deliver HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to leadership.
