Job summary

International Motors, based in San Antonio, is expanding its night production shift to 5:30 PM–4:00 AM, Monday–Thursday, with start planned for early 2027. The salaried Manufacturing Operations Supervisor oversees safety, operations and cross-functional actions, supporting the plant as needed beyond regular hours.

Responsibilities include supervising a represented workforce, coordinating with customers to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost goals, and enforcing union agreements while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of production/manufacturing experience
• Master's degree and at least 1 year of production/manufacturing experience
• At least 5 years of production/manufacturing experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (no visa)

Responsibilities

• Supervise a represented workforce in a manufacturing facility
• Interface with customers to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
• Oversee daily supervision of hourly employees including attendance, discipline, and performance
• Enforce contractual language and collaborate with Union Representatives on grievances
