TRATON GROUP is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support Night Shift operations at our South San Antonio manufacturing plant. You will partner with plant leadership on employee relations, staffing, onboarding, and HR programs during a high‑growth ramp.

You will start on 1st Shift for training before transitioning to Night Shift, with a 10% shift differential after launch. Strong analytics and coaching skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of human resources or labor experience.
• Master's degree and at least 1 year of human resources or labor experience.
• At least 5 years of human resources or labor experience.

Mansioni

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support across employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, and HR programs.
• Support Night Shift launch activities: staffing, onboarding, training alignment, communications, and change management.
• Initially support 1st Shift operations to complete training and establish plant partnerships before Night Shift transition.
