Job summary

T1 Energy is seeking a Night Shift HR Coordinator to support the HR Generalist with daily HR operations in our Dallas facility. You will handle employee relations, onboarding, attendance, and records in UKG, all while maintaining a welcoming HR presence on the floor and ensuring accuracy in HR documentation.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR or administrative roles, a relevant Associate’s degree, and English/Spanish bilingual skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR, administrative, or customer service experience—manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Pursuing HR certification (aPHR, SHRM-CP) encouraged and supported.
• Experience supporting a large workforce.
• Experience in a high-volume or 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Generalist with employee relations, escalating concerns as needed.
• Greet employees at HR and provide first-line support and information.
• Process HR documentation including new hires, terminations, status changes, and leave requests.
• Maintain accurate employee records in UKG and time-keeping systems.
• Support attendance tracking by logging occurrences and running reports.
• Assist with new hire orientations and night-shift onboarding tasks.
• Coordinate with Onboarding Supervisor to set up new hires in systems.
• Prepare HR documents such as offer letters and notices under the Generalist's direction.
• Maintain a welcoming, approachable HR presence on the floor.
• Support HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
