Job summary

T1 Energy Inc. is hiring a Night Shift HR Coordinator to support the HR Generalist and handle day-to-day HR tasks for a 24/7 manufacturing environment in Wilmer, Texas.

You will assist with employee relations, onboarding, and HR paperwork while maintaining accurate records in UKG and time-keeping systems. A strong service mindset and ability to handle sensitive information are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR, administrative, or customer service experience; manufacturing or warehouse background preferred.
• Associate's degree or coursework in HR or Business is required.
• Experience supporting a large workforce and a high-volume/24/7 operation.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Generalist with employee relations issues and escalate as needed.
• Greet and direct employees with questions in HR, providing first-line support.
• Process new hire paperwork, terminations, status changes, and leave requests.
• Maintain accurate employee records in UKG and time-keeping systems.
• Support attendance tracking by logging occurrences and running reports.
• Assist with new hire orientations and shift onboarding for the night shift.
• Coordinate with the Onboarding Supervisor to set up new hires in systems.
• Prepare HR documents such as offer letters and warning notices under guidance.
• Maintain a welcoming HR presence on the floor and support special HR projects.
