Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
1 month of related experience or equivalent.
Basic math and cash handling skills.
Strong English reading/writing and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional hospitality to guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
Maintain accurate ticket information and cash handling.
Ensure courteous interactions and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
