Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in telecommunications, hospital, or medical office settings preferred.
• Experience handling language line requests is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond, prioritize and route calls from internal and external sources in a courteous manner.
• Coordinate on-call teams and document calls with times and outcomes.
• Monitor alarms and respond to emergency codes per site policy.
• Maintain hospital directory, paging devices, and assist with language line arrangements.
