Job summary

Windsor Healthcare Recruitment Group, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist with an Ohio license to join a hospital night shift. The role requires working Thursdays through Thursdays, with on-week hours from 2000 to 0730, and coverage from 1130 to 0600 with CPhT support.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science or Pharm D. degree from an American College of Pharmacy Education required.
• Must have a valid Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
• Experience: One year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, interprets, processes, and validates and/or dispenses medication orders and prescriptions accurately.
• Monitors and manages patient medication therapy for therapeutic appropriateness and effectiveness.
• Maintains departmental policies, quality programs, and records per regulations.
• Communicates drug information to patients, families, and health care providers.
• Participates in drug therapy management during medical emergencies and ensures medication supplies.
• Coordinates day-to-day pharmacy technician activities to meet patient and department needs.
