Job summary

Sage Group Healthcare Staffing is seeking a hospital pharmacist for a 13-week contract in Lancaster, OH. The role involves night shifts (7 on 7 off, 8pm–7:30am), with a 36-hour work week and a W-2 pay rate of $61 per hour plus a weekly housing stipend of $1,245.96.

The total weekly gross pay is $3,441.96. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science or PharmD, a valid Ohio Pharmacy license, and at least one year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree from an American Colleges of Pharmacy Education required.
• Must have a valid Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
• One year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients including monitoring, evaluation, and assurance of the quality of medication use, provision of drug information, distribution, and control of drugs and other patient services.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance to FMC policies, procedures and guidelines.
