Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science or Pharm D. degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• License: Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing.
• Experience: One year of preferred hospital pharmacy experience.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care and optimize medication use.
• Monitor and evaluate patient medications for effectiveness.
• Communicate drug information to patients and healthcare teams.
• Respond to medical emergencies and assist in therapy management.
