Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred)
Current RN license in state they are working or covered by compact (required)
BLS Basic Life Support (required)
PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (preferred)
ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support (preferred)

Responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates activities of hospital personnel to maintain continuity of safe, efficient patient care.
Makes patient care assignments according to staff ability and patient needs.
Maintains accountability for own care and care delegated to others, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
Seeks assistance from appropriate resources when needed.
