Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice or compact (required).
• BLS Basic Life Support (required).
• 2 years nursing experience with 1 year management/charge nurse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hospital staff to ensure safe, efficient care.
• Assign patient care based on staff ability and patient needs.
• Monitor care quality and provide feedback to staff.
• Escalate issues through chain of command when needed.
• Collaborate with ROC and department leaders on patient assignments.
