Job summary

You will perform floor care, surface cleaning, restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and setup for events, reporting any maintenance needs. The position requires reliability, attention to details, and ability to work independently as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with hospital cleaning equipment and chemicals 2-3 years required.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wax, strip, and polish floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets.
• Dust and polish furniture, woodwork, fixtures, and equipment.
• Clean walls, ceilings, woodwork, door panels, windows, sills, blinds, and door glass.
• Empty, clean, and sanitize waste receptacles in assigned areas.
• Clean and sanitize restroom facilities and fixtures, including sinks, urinals, toilets, mirrors, walls, and drinking fountains; replenish restroom supplies as needed.
• Remove debris from around the building.
• Operate and control high- and low-speed stripping and buffing machines.
• Set up tables, chairs, and equipment for special events and routine hospital activities.
• Identify and report building maintenance needs in assigned buildings and facilities.
