Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, located in Jamaica Plain, seeks an Environmental Services associate for the evening shift. You will perform cleaning, discharge cleaning, and bed making across patient areas, supporting a clean and safe environment.

Requirements include ability to lift up to 50 pounds, good English communication, and the stamina to stand and move throughout shifts. Onsite role with 40-hour weeks and weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and converse in English to perform the job.
• Be able to lift 25–50 pounds.
• Requires physical tasks, standing for long periods, bending, stooping, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily cleaning and the 8-step cleaning procedures across assigned areas.
• Disinfects and sanitizes patient equipment and rooms, including I.V. poles and pumps.
• Assists with setup of offices/conference rooms and special events as needed.
