Banner Health's North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, CO, seeks a Switchboard Operator for a full-time night shift (11p-7:30a). You will answer calls from patients and staff, coordinate codes and emergencies, and support inter-facility communications at Banner facilities.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience in healthcare, strong multi-tasking abilities, and the skill to work calmly under pressure while delivering accurate information.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare customer service experience preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Responds to and processes all codes, emergencies and calls for multiple facilities.
• Operates CTI workstation to route calls and paging messages accurately.
• Serves as an answering service for on-call groups and physicians.
• Maintains documentation and follows facility procedures for calls and codes.
• Identifies process improvements and coordinates with departments to enhance service.
