Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS may be required depending on unit.
• Experience in operating room or acute care is preferred.
• Professional nursing practice with patient-centered care focus.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient surgical status and plan individualized care.
• Circulate during operative cases and coordinate team activities.
• Implement, document and evaluate nursing care per policy and standards.
• Supervise staff and ensure clear communication among caregivers.
• Promote evidence-based practice and nursing quality indicators.
