Banner Health is seeking a dedicated RN for Night Shift in the Float Pool across our Banner North Colorado Medical Center (Greeley Loveland Campus) and other Colorado facilities. The role requires assessing, planning, and delivering high-quality nursing care across Med/Surg units, with a focus on patient safety and teamwork.

The position offers Night Shift differential, relocation assistance, and incentives.

Formación

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice and BLS certification.
• Additional certification or continuing education may be required.
• Experience in an acute care setting is preferred for Banner Registry and Travel roles.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient needs and plan individualized nursing care.
• Implement and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
• Document assessments, plans, and patient responses accurately.
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
• Provide patient and family teaching and discharge planning.
