Premier Healthcare, LLC in Akron, OH is seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join our night shift team at Canal Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. You will support residents, families, and visitors from 11pm-8am on weekdays and 7pm-7am on weekends, delivering courteous, professional front-desk service.

Ideal candidates have healthcare or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with the night shift.

Formación

• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with computer software, including MS Office and scheduling systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist visitors, patients, and families with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to messages, and demonstrate knowledge of our facility and services.
• Manage and maintain accurate records, including daily logs, visitor information, and resident updates.
• Provide administrative support to the nursing staff and facility operations.
• Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure seamless communication and effective care coordination.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring every interaction is personalized and compassionate.
