Job summary

Infinite Care is hiring a friendly Receptionist for evening hours in a skilled nursing facility. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and staff, ensuring a warm, professional environment and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, managing sign-ins, handling mail, and performing light admin tasks while supporting nursing staff and management as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and phone system skills.

• Healthcare or receptionist experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
• Monitor the front desk and facility entrance to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Provide general information and assistance to visitors and staff.
• Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain logs.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
• Communicate important information to nursing staff and management when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Support the team in creating a positive experience for residents and families.
