Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a dedicated kitchen prep professional in Alabama. You will prepare pantry items, fry station outputs, and hotel dining experiences with emphasis on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualified applicants have high school education, culinary training, and 3–6 months in food/beverage service. English proficiency is required; candidates should be able to lift and stand for long periods.

Qualifikationen

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Culinary certificate or degree preferred.
• Three - Six months in a food/beverage services environment.
• Strong knowledge of operating industrial sized ovens and cooking ranges.
• Knowledge of preparing different types of cuisines, relishes, soups and salads.
• Basic cooking and knife handling skills.
• Must read, speak and understand English.

Aufgaben

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and standards.
• Start items ahead of time and manage preparation to match estimates.
• Assemble orders accurately and efficiently for service.
• Date and rotate perishables; maintain proper temperatures.
• Check pars for shift use and assist with buffet stocking.
• Assist in controlling food costs and minimizing waste.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
